★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic place….we went this evening to check out the products. There were 2 arrogant girls at the place. They were least interested. In fact they felt forced when we asked them to show the lights. One of them started laughing and making fun of us because we were speaking in English. We just walk out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costly affair. Poor customer service. Owner came only for bill. They have decent items which are available online also. They charge even for Bulb if u take with Chandelier. And worst of all NO RETURN. ONLY REPLACEMENT. that too with 20 Percent cost depreciation. Even more than Gold smith. . .. UNCHI Dukaan Fika Pakwaan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased Chandler wroth of 22K. The service was not good. The owner is NOT trustworthy.
Took Rs 1,500/- money for installation but didn't provide the needed service. Promised to return the installation fee but stops responding and after a month of calling owner said that installation fee is NOT refundable.
Ideally, Money should be refunded when service was not provided by them. Also, the owner doesn't responds to customers and his employees are helpless.
It was a time waste and a bad decision to purchase from Starry Night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please dont pay installation payment upfront they will force to pay but dont pay. Their Electrician person came and ask for the pop cutting and other stuff where as my carpenter and electrician said him do some welding or search another alternative as it would be too costly to do all changed on finished celling , as we have already made provision but he did not agreed. Finally My electrician did installation without much problem no cutting of pop needed .
I requested for refund of installation then they keep on telling no our electrician has visited and we will not refund you, you have not made site and blah blah . Even after multiple request and calls they did not refund . Amount . It is hardly 1200 rs but this shows their attitude towards customer and behavior ... Even after seeing review I was more skeptical to but but now I have felt the same do check review ..

an old showroom of lights situated in the heart of the city, so one expects professionalism but in fact, you are given a blow of rudeness the moment you enter the store, being a designer I wanted to buy a chandelier for my project and I was advised by the staff member Ms Arti, she showed me some beautiful collection and after a while, I ended up buying one, this was around 4:30 on Wednesday 27th April’22 and I was supposed to pick the stuff at 8:30. I was promised lights at extra cost which I agreed to. When I reached the store at 8:30 to my surprise Ms Arti left the store giving the charge to her subordinates who had no idea about the deal even though they all were present around us the whole time. The bulbs were not enough with the store so I end up buying similar bulbs at a lower cost from them and the difference amount was supposed to be refunded to me. Unfortunately, they did not have cash with them so I asked them to contact their Owner Mr Deepak Mohan Jethmalani who is lost in his own world and has no idea about his shop. After constant calling for over 3 days and not refunding the small amount I had to go to their store on Saturday 30th April’22 and I was again given the blow of rudeness and the owner had no idea even though he was called thrice in front of me. Ms Arti was present there but swiftly she left the situation to deal with other clients after waiting for almost 20 mins the owner had to give me cash as I refused to leave the store without my refund moreover I was not given any help or instruction on the fixing of that chandelier. If you are ever planning to buy something from there go ahead just be careful of these situations and get everything clear in the process before paying the whole amount in one go.
