About Stashfin
Our loans range from ₹1000 to ₹5,00,000 with repayment periods starting from 3 months to 36 months. We offer interest rates ranging from 11.99% - 59.99% APR (Annual Percentage Rate), however rates may vary case to case. All loans are paid through Equal Monthly Installments (EMIs) via electronic payment. We do charge low processing fees and have no other hidden costs.
Example: If a customer takes a loan of ₹10,000 for a period of 3 months, at an annual interest rate of 11.99% APR, then the customer will pay an EMI for 3 months of ₹3,400 per month. Total payment over 3 months will be ₹10,200 (including principal and Interest).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken loan from this app but they are not calling me instead they are calling regularly to my father who is heart patient and using abusive word they are not contacting to manager and not calling me for payment I have given my contact no also and I have mailed but yet there is no reply I have opened app but they are not giving any option to pay then how I will pay if you want payment then contact me bcz I have taken loan they will not give you anything bc thed dont have any net banking service so PLZZ do something in uour app and contacteworst service and staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wants to give 0 star but no option is their and yes it's true that this company has no good customer service and they charge unnecessary late fee even you pay your emi on time. Very pathetic and I don't know how these type of cheat companies get approved licence from RBI and govt sec.

After 3 days I didn’t get my amount in my bank acount and also Coming to my profile, the bank account number of a company named Akara capital advisory is added. And also limit of my loan amount is used but till now the loan amount has not come in my account. Also your Costamer care not picking our calls I have photo added kindly check and provide my loan amount

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Lost my card and I'm unable to block and reapply new card. After so many try I paid 250 INR for the new card but now there is no response.
Also, fraudsters are calling offering assistance and my credit line was loaded into my card after seeking OTP and I raised complaint with Customer Service to unload the money from my card which they have escalated for next level support team and there is no assistance offered until now. Its very pathetic customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of reviews are fake. Highly fake app. Charge internet too much high. Harrasment you 20 day before EMI. Each day 20s call and message . In case you miss any emi they charge late fee per day. Ruin your life if you take their loan. No customer support. Customer care no. Is always off.

Online chat are fake
No call back facilities
In applications show Loan is disbursed or amount will deduct in the application but money is not credited in my account
So I m not give any EMI.
if customer tried to contact then only robot will replied.
Very bad service...
I m not satisfied with this customer service....
There is no contact number to contact customer care if customer is facing any issue..
I mailed many times only robot replied in your mail or chat support..
I raised a ticket many times but no response....
I suggest stasfin to close your app and these kind of loans.
If u r not capable to do help any of your customer.
Plz don't make any fake promises or fake advertisement.
Worst customer service. Tried to contact inorder to resolve one issue, raised tickets before more than 5 days but no response from their side even they don't have any customer care, there are only IVR, even grievance cell no is also fake. Really disappointed.
Just they are harassing the people.

I'm Tannu Sharma I was taken a loan of amount 7000 and I have to pay 8750 they give me loan tensure 30 day's buy they started penalty after 15 days they were increasing so much penalties I raised a lot of tickets but no one contact me but after some time app shows I have to pay 22000 they message me that my penalty is waived off and call me and gives me an offer to close the loan in that I have to 8500 I paid the money as they were told but after 2 days they again called me talk with me very cheap manner and said to pay 2000 settlement amount and they will close my loan in 48 hours but until now my they are calling me again and again to pay 11500 now I'm very dipressed so please check what is this matter please solve my problem neither will file a complaint in police station against you I have recordings and messages proof behalf you plzz cheak your system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to give 0 star but can't do anything.Worst app and worst staff as they are charging irrelevant bounce charge on EMI without any reason and their staff people like Deep Raj,Sharvn , Anil etc are worst talktive people I have ever meet in my life..They always say you will get a call for way off your extra bounce charges but never ever get a call.please resolve this ASAP.
