★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Position of the ATM is very good, much spacious. All types of services and facilities are available here. But maintenance is not up-to the mark. Very often the update machine remains out of order and ATMs remain out of cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst place I have ever been obscure time of opening and closing. If you feel that it would be like any other SBI e lobby be aware it is one of the worst in central Kolkata. There is absolutely no responsibility at all and you can find it closed most weird reasons possible. The staff of the SBI branch next to it are of no help either. So go there to get your work done at your own risk
