★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Careless staff. I went for passbook print and they rejected by saying that it can be done only on home branch. Whereas their customer care says that passbook can be printed at any branch. Highly disappointed by the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff inside this Bank are like uneducated people and they don't even know how to communicate with customers...
They work like hell and take around 10 mins from each customer ...
Really the worst bank I've ever visited ..
Other govt. Banks like Canara Bank, Vijaya Bank and even PNB are better than SBI...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate this store. Yes, it is an store where there is not a single sense of Bank management. People call it "ATM" because it's not bigger than an ATM. Also it looks like a tea shop, people have to stand in queue outside the bank for challan payment and the challan counter person serves atmost 7 person per hour. This changes my views about Our Country's capital city.
No scope of improvement in this bank. The worst bank I have ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No help at all when I was a victim of a fraud case. They blamed me instead with claims that weren't even possible in this situation and did not provide any sort of answer for the reason for this problem. I had to go to another branch to seek clarity in this situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did not deposit cash as its an outside delhi branch even on my second machine, they asked to deposit in the atm machine which was not working ,i lost one hr and the amount had to be deposited for very important reason and due to their nuisance my work cud not b done,
The machine is not working most of the times .No one in t bank turned out to be of any help .
Why does such bank and ppl exist if they dont want to help the public! I think only big salary and perks matter for them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While my stay in Delhi I visited this branch regularly although I wasn't a customer of that SBI branch.The service I got always very satisfactory. I have experience of banking service in different banks of different cities.... including state banks which deal with maximum number of customers. I found this branch is exceptionally professional and customer caring. The staff are very well mannered . They always help customers solving their problems. Employee like Mr. Mehendi is really an asset of any bank.
