★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is far more than worst especially counter no 8 new account opening officer he is very lazy he didn't do work properly he makes mistakes while registering for new account and kyc officer is also very slow i suggest to change these 2 staff as early as possible they didn't work properly

Worst service.
No proper service give to the customer. Careless Branch manager, behaving the customers like they are beggar. Strict action must be taken against all staff.
Passbook machine, ATM machine, cash cheque deposit machine are always under maintenance. Don't understand what kind of maintenance they do every day.
Never seen such a poor service.
Not applicable even for a one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst branch of SBI. Careless staff, over crowded with people and no care of customers.
The branch does not even bother to provide pass book, cheque book or ATM after account opening . Further since you cannot transact without the requirements of ATM and cheque book, the account will be made inoperative !!

One person is alloted maximum work while others are just sitting idle till his customer arrives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People are waiting outside the bank as per the timing mentioned on the website i.e 9:30 AM and when I had asked why the bank is not operational? I got reply that bank service timing starts from 10:00 AM. Seriously do u guys want public to come and read the board first and then plan their visit to the bank? Dear SBI, public check the details on the website and come accordingly.
I also tried calling the manager but there was not revert from his side. SBI staff Kindly change the timing on your website so that people don't hve to waste their half n hour or else you guys report as per the timing mentioned on the website.
