★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst branch of SBI. BAD attitude of service manager. I've been visiting the same branch since 2-3 days to open an account and almost waited there for 3hrs and more but it is still not done. I don't understand when SBI's service will improve in terms of behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely horrible experience, they are least supportive. I deposited a big cheque of mine there and it's not credited yet..been waiting from 21 days, visited the branch many times. Woman on the counter is quite hideous and not loyal. IDK, but I think SBI finds some satisfaction in troubling their customers. Regret going at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open an account at chit fund or any sahakari bank but not here. Third class service. As usual, every employee has a government Job attitude. They are not to serve us we are to them. Wait for hours and hours in line and then they will tell you we can't do anything call to customer care.
Customer care people tell us to visit the branch. Branch help desk employees also talk to us like we are slaves to them. Firstly if you have this home branch then only you are eligible to ask your query.
He will ask you to go random counter. When you reach to the line the desk officer will mostly say call customer care we can't do anything regarding this. Or ask you to go to another counter and it keeps going for infinite time.
And if you dare to raise a question against them then they will behave with you like you are an old enemy of theirs.
So if you want to live in peace and don't want a third-class experience by depositing your own money here don't open an account.
I will burn my money rather than going in SBI bank. specially in this my Home Branch...
