β β β β β Standard example of slow governance and I think the only reason is SBI is government bank thus employee working there don't care about customers, don't really put any effort to solve customer issue, keep postponing their work to another day, keep asking customers to come next day (its never one visit), knows that their job is bullet proof so nothing to work just take money and chill.
Manager or ex manager Khushboo ma'am is/was honest but other workers are:
1. Lazy
2. Unprofessional
3. Seems like they don't know SBI new schemes. I went there for my ATM card activation, After 5 visit to the branch, nobody helped me.
4. They don't value customer time and effort to reach the branch.
5. In COVID crisis, they didn't hesitated to call customer 3+ plus to visit branch.
6. Old employee don't know how to operate on computers. Simply, they say that it has to be done from your side and they don't know how to do it.
7. One customer came for one ma'am and the senior employee asked security guard to tell that customer that Ma'am is on leave and come tomorrow.
8. They keep asking you to go to another counter and when you go to that counter it will ask you to go to another counter (this is when your turn comes which is generally takes 10+ mins).
Now, someone mind could explode by just calculating how many human hours are getting waste just because of slow governance of SBI employee.

However there is a lot of scope of improvement with regards to customer experience
Reducing to two stars because of its App issue I am not able to login

β β β β β Located on Kharadi mundhwa road, this bank is close to Kharadi bypass. The staff is good. Bank is clean and neat from inside.

β β β β β Banks open at 10 AM instead of 9.30 AM. Staff's working time starts either at 10.15 AM or 10.30 AM onwards depending on their mood.

β β β β β WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WASTE OF TIME. NO ONE HELPS AND THE LADY PROCESSING THE PAPERS TELLS YOU NEW THINGS TO FILL IN THE FORM EVERYTIME YOU GO TO SUBMIT IT. WENT TO OPEN JOINT ACCOUNT NOW GOING TO CLOSE THE EXISTING ONE. ITS NOT BAD SERVICE ITS TORTURE.

β β β β β Visited first time for new account opening. At the time of covid situations they were not allowed me for open a new account.
Easy to locate from the strert. Very huge space available here. Staff is also good and supportive. Cleaning is also good. Environmental friendly area. This place is also crowded.
At the end we ended our journey with incomplete work.
Not bad need first time resolution.

β β β β β This branch is located in a very nice position in respect to accommodation and ease of reach. Ample amount of parking is available on the road and on the foothpath. Both two and four wheels can be driven straight up to the steps of the bank and parked safely. Sometimes in peak hours parking is not available but still you will get to park your vehicle in front of other shops that are there next to the branch. Quick snacks are available at the next square which is easily approachable in 5 min of walking distance. Wheel chair access is not available. You can bring your children here if you have no option to make them stay at home. It's safe. It's easily visible to all also while in a vehicle. It's a landmark place. The bank is very good but the systems are not on place and top of that the staff that is present is lathergic they have no concerns for people waiting in ques day after day there are many unsatisfied customer that keep on complaining but the staff are very rude and stubborn and pay no attention. They are just in their own mood of government job. Because of their this attitude people prefer banking with other private players. Also many of the staff members don't understand the exact needs of the customers. So think again and again before taking their services.
