★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst SBI branch ever seen in my life. Staff (especially male) is totally indifferent. Their behavior towards customers (including senior citizens) is really bad and so pathetic that you feel like slamming them because they don't understand someone's problem and urgency. They will make sure that even if you die there in fromt of them, they wont move their arse a bit. And I am surprised that such humans exist in our neighbourhood as If they don't face any such challenges like the customers for them not to feel empathetic. They think that we owe to them than them owing to us as our service providers. Shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff doesn't know how to behave. Facilities provided are worst. Service manager does not know how to communicate and cooperate. Staff continously shouts on customer. On first SBI staff must taught about the behavior protocols post then about the work. Completely disappointed. They do not provide the solution of problem. Untrained staff. Authorities are disrespectful to customers.
