To whom it may concern:
My wife (your customer) has told me that several of your own employees have indicated that State Bank of India is a horrific bank and that you are doing everything to make banking extremely inconvenient to your customers. I find this difficult to believe (and certainly hope that it is not true) and am writing to you to verify this one way or another.
My wife had residential proof of her time in the Kidderpore district of Kolkata. Even during that time, she chose to open a few accounts at your Middleton Row Branch. She still has the accounts there.
However, after her parents passed away, she is no longer residing at that address, and going to Kidderpore isextremely inconvenient to her. However, she has been told that she cannot be helped by the Middleton Row Branch--her own branch--and that she must go to the extremely inconvenient Kidderpore office even thoughshe has NO accounts there to transact her business.
When she banks with State Bank of India does she not bank with State Bank of India? If she visited Delhi would she have to travel thousands of kilometres just to make a withdrawal? Would she not be allowed to walk into a Delhi branch and not be inundated with rude and inconsiderate behaviour?
Have you not heard of ATMs and ATM cards? These allow human beings (unlike some of your employees) to bank with State Bank of India when they have State Bank of India accounts.
Assuming that you have heard of ATMs and the concept behind them, and assuming that you are not destructive imbeciles then I assume that my wife was misled or misinformed by your own employees, and that she is in fact free to continue to bank at the Middleton row Branch--where she has her accounts--and any other branch that she finds convenient

Previously there was Mr. Halder very famous for his rude behaviour now there is Mr. John who is very confused about his job and with fluctuating mentality causes another type of harassment to the customer like me and I repeatedly told him that I am suffering from heart problems and for his changing decision makes me going there on and on for some trivial issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the branches of State Bank of India, county's largest bank having more than ten thousand branches all over India and abroad.
This branch is situated at Entally Market and offer all sorts of banking activities including overseas transactions.
The service offered by the branch is more mechanical and you will be never satisfied with behaviour of the employees here .
