Not friendly at all.
Bad customer service so far.
Still on a trend of old school asking customers to visit from one point to other .
Am happy to close my account with them instead giving chance to their competition.

Be careful that insurance agents roam inside to trap customers to buy policies. Don't trust them. Use your mind before invest any where. Read documents carefully.
If you have go for FD then do FD don't trust them they mislead you to buy mutual fund or insurance policy. Warning
You get to know that he is a bank staff as well as an insurance agent . If buy a 1lac mutual fund he gets 8 to 10 thousand as comission. At last you get 2 to 3 % interest on these mutual fund.It has a lot of hidden chargers
