★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank really needs to improve their service. Getting your work done in this bank is just a pain in the head. The services here are very very slow. Before entering the bank you have to stand for at-least 10-15 minutes in the line where social distancing is never maintained. The passbook services at time is just pathetic, at times their passbook machines just doesn’t works. And after standing for at-least 10-15 minutes in a line you should expect a good service from the bank. Their ceiling needs to be repaired immediately, their was water dropping from the ceiling as the ceiling was broken. This bank needs to repair the area where they deal with loans and other investments.
