★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No where on the site or in the bank is it mentioned about lunch time being from 2pm to 2.30pm.
I took the token awaiting my turn and its 2pm..all staff dissappear. The staff should go in turns instead all of them going alrogether so that customers are not left waiting . The chief Manager Renu Yadav was also busy with lunch during the same time with all the others and customers waited ...its 2.35 pm now...still waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is world class. Sometime ago I went to noida for some urgent work there I lost my wallet and I was need some money then Ms Renu Yadav Chief manager helped me to withdraw the cash without atm through YONO cash.
I was really happy with the service of sbi pbb noida staff.

I am your satisfied customer since 10 years. I have a small concern regarding loan that if any company is not listed in corporation then is there any alternative for approval the loan?
My loan is not approve just becouse company was not listed. Kindly give an alternative solution for my issue how can people apply for loan if company is not list.

Miss Meenu Singh is one of them.
She is calm, quite and decently satisfies the customers.
