★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being main branch in Kadapa, services are not good. Staff working here don't guide properly. They didn't respond or mislead the issue. Some staff didn't show up to work and that created delay. Only few staff members are really responsive and helped with issues. Staff who are working covered for those who didn't show up to work. Not satisfied with response, being biggest bank in India could have been better.
