★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank doesn't have a sense of work. We have been trying to do a followufo with the bank about the fraud Transaction and there has been no response from the branch manager side. They just don't care about working as they are working under a government agency. I have lost all my savings for this month and they are quite. After completing all the formalities we are not getting any update. Worst experience.

Except one lady named Ms. Jyoti, all other staff is useless, rude , irresponsible, shows no respect for customers, and very slow. During this hard time of Corona , if you don’t want to visit branch for certain queries which can be answered on phone , they simply don’t take your call , cut the call , and don’t call back.
Manager Ms. Reena Singh is hardworking but keeps on doing clerical work which her team is supposed to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Very Bad quality people working there, I think Bank Should be closed As soon as possible, govt waste their money to give salary to staff of this branch. Staff making fool to their customer. Staff doesn't want to work and postponed their work to next day to reduce their burden, actually they don't want to do their work, and pretend themselves that they have lot to do. Government Should Close this Branch to safe the time of their customer and customers are advise to shift their account to any other working branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to get experience of harassment, then you should visit this place. Its a perfect place for getting harassment. As usal typical government employee, don't want to listen any thing. Every time irritated and poor communication skill. They do only one thing on time, which is lunch and tea, otherwise every thing as per their own choice. In their view there time is important and customer time is free time.

There is no system exists in this branch, evey one is manager from Peon to Security man. They don't even ask to join the que, they ask to stand like a bagger and its there wish when to talk and how to talk.
I salute Miss Jyoti and Mr. Jagdish, these are the only 2 person who work like robot. I wonder how they are not getting impacted by the surrounding atmosphere. Dear both, please continue good work. Otherwise rest of staff is pathetic.
I wish I don't get any chance to visit in such kind of place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited so many branches but this branch people are so arrogant that they don't even listen to your complete query... They start giving their own opinions.. and the way they tackle their customers is worst... They don't even have basic manners to talk. I would have given chance to give rating then I will mark them in minus(-). Please do somthing about the staff... Otherwise that day is not far when this branch will be closed.
