★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited State Bank of India - Kalher branch which is located at bhiwandi, Thane City, Maharashtra.
Reached there at 11.50 am on 30th april22 at that time their one of the female employee told me to come at 2.30-3 pm. The branch manager was not available at that time. When i went there by 3 pm she again said I came late so i need to come again on Monday. Sachin waghmare is the branch manager name and employees of this kalher branch are pathetic in providing basic service.
That female employee was acting like she was doing some kind of Ehsaan by helping people in opening their account. Her behaviour towards me and other customers was extremely bad. Please remove that employee from the branch to maintain the minimum service level at the Kalher branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for resetting Internet password, first they declined that it cannot be done here need to visit home branch . They I asked to manager they are supposed to reset as it’s mentioned in the web page , after that he asked to submit one letter and then none happened . These people are not doing there work properly. Why Such dumb are hired.
