★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service, I was looking for negative rating but ur fortunately google doesn’t have such option. They always will misguide you. No sync between the staff. They will force you to come next day while diff staff will attend you and will start diff story on process and limitations. Doesn’t have any professional manner to talk to their customer. Highly disappointed. Better to go for other good private bank like HDFC and ICICI Bank. If u are a blind fan/lover of SBI then go to big branch of SBI where you will be at elated treated as human.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non-responsive staff. Had to go to and fro for two days to get an account opened, which was finally denied, whereas SBI AECS allowed me to do the same in 2 hours.

But No proper lunch timings in this bank. Have to wait for long since there is always server down issue. ATM is also available at the entrance of the building. Staff is bit friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Batameez staff people should have basic manners how to talk with the customers .I have been visited sbi hoodi branch for open an account. Around 3.15 pm saying that time is over. More over asking local address proof .i have pan aadhar proofs.even too it's been 5 years am working in banglore he was talking very rudely with me. I told him I stay near will give also. The old guy doesn't have brain also. I have others accounts as well they never behaved like this I didn't ask any loan thought to have one government account . But it was very disappointed from sbi person.
