★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service in kakinada sbi branch...lazy dumbs are here ... useless Employees are there ...if u go for small work for address change or phone number update they take 3 to 4hrs for they lazyness.. no one sit properly their places always moving for break or something else...Digital banking service counter 1 handicapped fellow is there he don't know how to treat customers ...even bank employes also irritated about that guy ..finally worst service in treasure bank SBI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent branch and staff is very courteous. Especially I would like to Thank Shri.Madhusudhan Rao garu who is very knowledgeable and dedicated officer. He has excellent memory and he will not leave the bank unless he completes the work. He remembers every one's issue and work on the issues after bank working hours. I saw him working till 9PM to complete the job. Thanks for his work and kudos to his contribution to the citizens.
