β β β β β The manager of the branch is good and helpful but rest of the staff are rude and they don't even know how to talk to person especially the women staff over there is not at all know how to talk and properly tell what's have to be done in the banking procedure

β β β β β I have never had an experience of a branch of any bank like this even went to different branches of the same bank , even in different states and area but this branch especially the staffs over there are not at all know how to talk to a person and the women who is a staff talk to everyone rudely and even don't know the work or procedure which has to be done in banking .
Went a lot of times but the experience remains the same
Only the branch manager is good and helpful and the security guard is helpful too..

β β β β β The behaviour of the staffs are so rude. I think the employee of the bank are not satisfied with their job and they always fight with the customer especially the woman of counter 2. The bank has not any complaint box. if you have any work then you must have any lobbies (ΰ€ͺΰ₯ΰ€°ΰ€΅ΰ₯) with the employees. They know their rich customers. They are always punctual for the break time mostly. At last I requested to the service manager please provide some basic training to the employees so that they can learn the lessons of manners and how to behave politely with the customer and treat every customers equally. Jai hind?
