★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude officer Mr Pradeep Gurav.
Just asked if I can get a new passbook. He behaved as if he is giving it from his pocket. Instead of telling me in a normal voice he chose to shout saying dat we cannot print passbook for UPI users. If it is so it can b displayed there.
Rest of the 2 stars are for the remaining officers who are cordial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Timing is inconvenient ; 2) ATM, Branch Internet and Passbook printing is always down ; 3) Tasks as simple as putting bar-codes requires visits and revisits to the branch ; 4) Personal info such as phone numbers too doesn't get updated on passbooks. Its a mess!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no parking for people visiting bank. Your bike or scooty will be towed and cars will be jamed by traffic police within seconds. Visiting bank alone with a vehicle may cost you above Rs. 500. (Per visit)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever go to branch they having issues,
Sometimes they dont having enough cash , sometime they dont print passbooks , and missbehave with customers mostly cashier , they never having enough cash and then argue with you . And most common and important issue is the parking . No parking . Branch not having proper service .
Giving one star becaus cant post it without star.
