Visited (18/09/2020) bank for New Passbook.
They refused to issue new passbook because of staff's absence in Passbook window, they suggested to visit next day..
There is no alternate staff for provide new passbook.
Bank situated next to Chandra Giri Palace.
Parking spaces are available here.
