★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the poorest services offered among the SBIs visited by me. The staff as on date (Nov 2017) are utterly inept at handling the usual chores. They are callous and my easily loose the documents you submit. Most staff do not know of the procedures and rules and rely on the branch manager for most tasks. The place is busy at the opening hours. ATM is available along with the branch but it may suffer with connectivity issues. Cash withdrawal using debit card facility is available. SCSS facility is not available. Other common bank services are provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seamless and personalised service offered by the service manager. Now since sbi staff are frequently transferred this may not be the case few years from now or before now. Opening a new account is a breeze and at late hours the bank is usually less crowded and automated PoS deposit means even greater efficiency.
