Agreed that it is a government bank. However that does not mean that these people will take out their grudge on their customers.
I requested so politely to one of
their executive who sits at the last corner, for depositing money into my account.
That person is so rude, that if some other person would have been there in place of me, this staff member of yours would have gained a quite knowledge about how to speak to their customers.
Very sorry State Bank of India. But I think I have to say that I am really unfortunate of being your customer. This is worst. And these are the reasons why people tend to say that India is still not developed.
Better work on it. Because if this continues, one day I am sure that your branch will get shut down permanently. And that day is coming very close.
