I have loan account with SBI Marketyard branch. My experience with the staff is awe full . Staff has no professionalism. They do not take calls and also dont reply to emails. I have treid calling them from the branch only, then also they dont take calls as if they dont hear the ringtone. Its a skill actually to not get disturbed by anything. They actually should not get paid for their job since they do nothing, absolutely nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Although being my home branch I always face some or the other problem . Staff shortage, passbook printing closed, cash deposit machine off , long lines of people with no management, non cooperative staff , unavailability of passbook or we say every other facility.
