★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible branch with horrible service manager the incident is I personally had deposit a cheque of eleven thousand on date 7.4.18 of idbi bank which belong to me only to deposit in my sbi account but after 4 days of working day the cheque did not get cleared by the branch when I did inquiry of it first they where unable to find the cheque in the branch register after long process of an hour they have found the cheque in a drawer and than the service manager and staff where struggling and arguing among themselves regarding that and after all those they told that they are unable to scan that cheque in there cheque scanning machine and service manager who is clue less why the cheque is not cleared.And when I asked him to right the reason he put a stamp on the cheque and dishonoured the cheque and than I complaint the same to the branch manager M&s.Mita Sengupta even she doesn't have a valid reason for the same and when I asked them why it was not informed me via phone or msg than she said they where busy doing work and it's not necessary that they will sms me about that the cheque was not cleared.
