★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didnt use the ATM but went to get some work done expecting it to take another eternity like work always does take in this branch.
Was pleasantly surprised on my last visit.
I would like to thank and recognize Mr Ponnappa and Mr Mishra.
Both are great gentlemen and very helpful to the bank customers.
The lady manager of the bank was also very approachable, it was Mr Mishra with his handholding approach enabled me to get work done that otherwise couldn't be accomplished inspite of 3 earlier visits to the same branch. Wish this branch had more like them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I so wish to close my account here and never come back. Every year I'm supposed to keep updating the kyc as if their database gets deleted. Sincere request to the branch manager to shut operations and allow people to peacefully find another bank.
