★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a salary account in it. The service is very bad. And the staffs are too lazy. If you want to update your pass book or withdraw or deposits your money, then you need to take a full day time. Every schools in matiabruz area, whose teachers have account in this bank, the school given 1 day leave to update the pass book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it good to have a national bank near santoshpur. its only one government national bank in this locality. so in working hour its really crowded. i suggest you to go at the starting hours after that it gets crowded. and some time the office work gets lengthy . so you have to wait for some time. but they have really nice service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch has a huge customer base. It is a well maintained branch. The queues are sometimes a bit too long, so it's better to keep some time in hand while visiting here. Also the personnel aren't very quick, so people often get annoyed. But other than that they have introduced self help machines to ease up things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is average but some staffs are very lazy to do their job as we all know about Govt. Banks. This branch have different departments in two floors, Ground floor department is for physical transactions and first floor department is for virtual transaction related work.
Branch manager room is located at the right side of entrance gateway at ground floor.
Pros:
1. Locker facilitie is available.
2. Tocken system is applied to serve as FIFO.
3. CDM (Cash Deposit Machine) is there.
