I have seen that the ATM when it was operating was not kept clean and you can see all the small papers in and around the premises
I was also shocked that there was no security guard which is the basic necessity for an ATM
Most of the time the ATM would be out of service
State Bank of India need to make sure that the ATMs are functional and they have security guards for the safety of the customers.
