★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This ATM is located just below State Bank of India, Vivekananda Road branch. For those who don't know, this branch is one of the most important branches in the city and after reading this you must be thinking that the ATM will be good and functional.
That's when reality hits you hard.
This is one of the worst ATMs. This has only Rs.2000 notes for 50% of the times and for the rest of the times it is either down for maintenance or out of cash.
The authorities pay no heed to this.
Deserves a 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im one of account holder of sbi. I guess employees are really un educated because they are not really interested in helping their customers. They dnt even bother to advice people properly to guide them . For 10 mins work they take 3hrs of time without any solution. Every time they repeat the same thing again and again. The most disappointing thing is they dnt maintain any enquiry desk. They think that their is no value of our precious time . Very disappointing.
