★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken loan & given 3 PDCs & have given ECS mandate. Now they have not deposited the cheque on time & are now sending me messages that my account is irregular. No one answers the phone. Now I have to take leave & visit the branch to sort this issue. Very bad service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting this branch was one of the worst experiences ever. No management what so ever. For a simple banking requirement you can end up spending hours. The branch is lined up even before it opens. Work is done here on priority and up to standards only if you take some known agent from the Local region. One of the oldest bank branches in Vasai. Located at the ground floor of an apartment and a busy street. Customers are kept waiting for ages. ATM is out of order most of the times.

So make sure whenever you visit keep 20~30mins aside for the work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Branch opens at 11 am and not 10 am. And all staff reaches branch 11 am. All staff take there own sweet time to adjust themselves regardless of people waiting. By the time they actually starts work is already 1130 but they are strict about there closing time which is 0330 pm
