★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two star rating ... For the rules n regulations made . Not for the young entrepreneur. They don't have a proper system or grievance. Banking Complaints takes too much time to resolved . Only for the old ppl who can seat free and wait for the services there cdm / ATM never works .
Infrastructure is till in development. Never go approach loan if yu R self employed . Waste of time .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst response from staff. I went for cash deposit in CDM cash got struck inside machine. I went to branch to enquire on the same, they were very relaxed and asked me to wait till Saturday. I requested manager also, but they are very careless and he is fixed to chair . Never bother to respond to customer. I have seen 4 to 5 such complaints laying on their table. Pls do not deposit cash at SBI CDM. SBI is not BANKING TO EVERY INDIAN. It's Troubling to every Indian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank located near Srinivas Cool corner managed by Manager Amit and assistance Manger Priyanka has one of the best services I have never seen before. I use to hate bank employees in India as they are very rude, proud and arrogant but having met Manager Amit and assistance Manger Priyanka I feel happy to refer others to this branch as they provide the best customer services and also help new and senior customers gently regarding any banking issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the careless staff's..Manager is on another level who doesn't know local language to understand customer concerns, neither does he know English to speak . They should appoint someone who can understand and give proper solutions,.more.importantly they should hire someone who has good command over local language when they are deputed.. they don't answer phone calls nor reply to email. All they can do is blame on software and say the money keeps deducting for SI failures.
