โ โ โ โ โ Spacious and busiest SBI at Bankura town. All the employees are very polite and gentle. So many counters are there. Huge transaction.

โ โ โ โ โ Very good location, and service is also better. Some stuff are really good and very helpful, they try to hear the problems of the customer and solve them in minimum time. But some are useless just like - this account is opened from csp so we can't do anything(but if you are lucky and got an helpful stuff, he/she will solve the problem), go to that counter, some of them don't even mention the counter no. Stuff of 'May I help you' is useless; it's seemed to me that he even don't know that how to help anyone; he indicate to a corner or to a side when he is asked where i can submit this form etc. etc.

โ โ โ โ โ All the services delivered very badly. Almost all the time passbook printing m/c in side the bank is temporarily out of service . In 1st floor counter , you'll spend much more time than you expected for update or print the passbook or shown Links failure.
Please come again...... That's the most real condition of the bank as well as "Counter no. 13" i.e. really "unlucky 13".

โ โ โ โ โ Worst branch I've ever seen. My father has an account there, he wanted to change the address and a new passbook with the new address printed on it. He's been visiting the branch for last one week or so. He's been waiting the whole day in queue and at last returning home empty handed. Bank guys are giving lame excuses each day. If our country's biggest bank's branch treats a senior citizen like this, then there is something very wrong with the way it operates. We'll be moving the account asap.

โ โ โ โ โ This is the main branch of the State Bank of India in Bankura Town. Another branch is located at katkuridanga. Bank building is a two storied building. In the ground floor mainly retail businesses are done. The government and corporate jobs are done in the first floor. Inside the branch ATM and Passbook entry machines are there. This is clearing house of the other banks of the town. Both the floor are very much spacious. A e-lobby is attached to the branch.

โ โ โ โ โ State Bank of India - Bankura Branch is the bank with huge facility but very congested. This Bank has also the ATM facility. But, in the east side , there is e-corner facility, where there is 3 ATM machines, passbook update machine and credit-deposit money machine. The best bank I have ever seen at Bankura area.
