★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will share an incident to explain my rating. Once my friend did a transaction on Freecharge but the mobile recharge failed. Freecharge refunded the money but the credit didn't reflected on the bank statement. We went to the manager with the refund reference number freecharge provided (they told us to contact bank with the number. even the customer care of SBI told us to contact bank manager. he will know what to do). the manager said "I don't know what to do. You better go to the recharge shops outside, they know these things better." *slow clap*
