★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is so much crowd every time because this is only a state bank in Basudebpur. The behaviour of the staff of the bank is not good. The manager of the bank has no good behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disgusting.....I can't imagine.....I have applied for cheque book on 10th July... today's 11th August...it's been more than 1month.. still didn't get cheque book.According to SBI policy it's should be done With in 7-10 working days.i can understand whole India suffering bcz of corona.but time what they have taken...it's digaster...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chaotic place(approximately 1lakh people depending on this branch), pathetic facilities , most of the staffs are not aquanted with their own facilities, services.staffs are very patient but not informative or helpful. One thing I forgot mention is LUNCH break..lol....I hope they'll improve the service, experience and especially themselves... Wait to see their improvement in my next visit to branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place should not be called as a Bank , this is place where people go to hike their blood pressure and tension . This bank is overly crowded and unable to handle its customers. The main problem is the senior management team who comes here sees their employees how they are going through ( over worked ).
Do not was your time with opening an account here bcoz you will have to join a long que for a transaction , even on its ATM .
And do not ask about the behaviour of the staffs . It is worse than a fish market .
