S	Sachin Kumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the main branch of SBI begusarai. Good facilities are available here and number of counters are there but afterall you will definitely find long queue on some of the counters. Out side 2 ATMs are there and one cash deposit machine also.

p	priyanka verma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I have been using sbi services such as netbanking , debit card, mobile banking etc from many years and I was facing some problem...So recently I visited this branch... Well, Many people have complained about SBI having rude staff and poor services , but my experience with SBI was totally different. It's a bank with dedicated staff. Bank employees were very polite and speak in dignified manner. There was a sbi employee called pintu, who helped me resolving my problem and made it very easy for me.. So my overall experience with SBI bank is really good.

M	Mritunjay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice service .... The Bank ? official and ya Branch Manager too are very kind to help and guide you throughout the process.......... But they still need a lot to work on especially queue management (like they urgently need to build proper system for queue management and so that people standing in queue will be hopefully waiting for there turn get there work on table for services which they are requesting for.....It will good enough for them if you build rows with sitting area where they can wait and get thing done on there turn ), waiting areas(they must provide proper waiting area where people can wait for there turn .......I don't why you don't have atleast of 50-60 waiting chairs where people can sit under atleast fans and wait for there work to get passed on), comfort of the Bank ? official ( ya This is the major issue I saw that there was no properly built and developed working area.... there Bank official were working without even fans......and there were no banner or anything infront of the counter where they were working and what are the service which they can provide....THIS Really NEED to be work on so that we can have proper services from your side.....which we are always in hope for....). They also need to develop and maintain a guided way for common service for which majority of people come there........I think they can achieve this by using Posters , Banners and such things which will guide people from vary entrance to there purpose.....I think then, there will no way by which they will feel frustrated on moving Table to Table........ Thanks I liked your service and Hope you will certainly work on these areas...................................................IN HOPE OF GREAT SERVICES .

Here 24*7 cash deposit machine and ATM machine are open here. Parking facility are also available here. One main thing is that it is too much crowded here. You will have to wait for at least one hour for any work.

C	Chandan Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think state Bank service poorest service in bank sector.at main branch wich situated an nagarpalika Marker have a lot of space which you provide all type of banking.auch as loan, credit card,Blance transfer, withdrawal, account opening and all other services.but the problem is that the most service are only for home branch.if you account are from another branch, district,or state you might face problems. There is lack of cleaness,you can see lot of dust arround bank. Parking area is small.therfore people have to park thier vechiles on road,which is very bad.
