★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SBI is saying the Slogan- "Banking ke siva kuchnahi." But after visiting the Branch I had found that Manager is unable to serve and guide even Pensioners issues promptly. For a small task to instruct /suggest the deceased family about the Family pension Claim Manager just forward to their Lawyer at Region. If Manager is unable to co-operate at least he should provide the demo of the form.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank is situated at a crowdy place but the facilities are good enough. But the staff needs to be taken care of because these people are forcefully selling their insurance to the customers by fooling them and telling them that it's mandatory.
I could have been a victim of this but I questioned them and got the truth out so beware next time you visit the branch.
