All government bills ,Treasury challans done here.
Pension payment to most pensioners also done here.
Lot of rush at all times.
Nice staff, prompt service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This sbi branch workers are not providing customer service and this branch manager also have very poor experience managing which showing big atitude and he is also not helping properly why customers are visiting branch for his issue resolve, as per my experience this branches all workers and branch manager also have poor banking experience which they are bleming SBI Name in india ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long que for just updating passbook , automatic passbook print machine available but bar code in the branch not available.so without barcode machine can't print passbook so account holder force to stand on que for long time old man ,ladies etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the noncence brnach in Bhadrak district.For a small issue you need to run one month but stil the problem will not get resolve.If you meet branch manager he wilk ask you to meet field office then field office will say go to chat chamber.then in that chamber no staf will be available.luch break they will take break for more then 2 hours.Iritating customer service.I Appreciate other banks service rather then SBI.
