All personnel including BM are irresponsible toward's customer's satisfaction level. I would like to specially point some female personal who think they are in their heaven and don't care about customer agitation due to bank borne problem. BM should take strict action against these personal. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just enough to get the job done. Nowhere close to the banking standard and system of developed states. No proper reserved parking place for customers. Staff members are generally well behaved except for one or two personnel. Needs a lot of improvement in terms of efficiency.
