★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is okay, staffs are relatively good here compared to other SBI bank branches that I have visited so far but still one have to wait in a queue as per the tradition though queue is not much long compared to the main Baripada bank branch. And to add further, majority of the time due to server issues in the bank's website, there is delay in every work.
One of the staffs of the bank who helped me for opening IB account (Internet Banking) in the bank's app *Yono Mobile app* was quite helpful and patientful, he answered each and every doubt that I asked him and eventually solved my problem. There are very few who listen to you carefully to understand the issue. In that respect, he was a true gem.
And yes, the bank is present on the ground floor and to left side of the bank, an SBI Bank ATM booth is present which has been renewed just a few days back!
