★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff having attitude like she is the owner of sbi. Behaviour is so rude. If you are visiting for any work about your account related they so themselves as too busy. They have no time to listen you. I also visited there for my card unblocking first time the guard ask me that why I was there then told him the matter. First he replied that that day the madam was on leave who unblock the card and told me to came another day. Then I asked for the branch manager, he denied. Then I switched on my mobile camera and take video recording and ask him for the manger. When he noticed on my mobile call a lady staff then i asked her for my problem. She came to me in aggressive mode but when see my mobile was on she cool down and told me the process and unblock the card. So from that experience I noticed most of the staff sit outside from their counter and talk each other make enjoyment of the lock down. They did not want to do their duty.
