★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good though some of the staff of the bank ain't responce in a good manner just hanging with his phone(Counter no.5) inspite of look after the people standing in the queue as well as people also ain't follow the rules.
But some of them seems they are very devoted towards their duty like the P.L.Pc.p sir( he helped me out to solve p.l.pc.p problem)that's y I'd lyk to call him P.L.Pc.psir?.

Wednesday i reach bank from lanka para tea garden, again counter number :4 sir said that I searched your passbook I didn’t get, And I will be sure on Monday to give your passbook. And after 1week next Monday I came to bank again same thing they are repeating they are blaming each and other. So what to do?
