1. There are 3 counters but only 1 counter is managing all transactions like cash/cheque deposit/withdrawal.
2. There is no one on help desk.
3. Considering the amount of footfall, branch is comparatively small.

They are providing services which is better then other bank's branches in the area. I am satisfied with the quality of services provided by State Bank. But here is improvement, they should make transparency of their services to make them better and second thing is the improvement of ATM services.

They always play home branch.. Non home branch... That's it if this not ur home branch they will refuse to accept ur cash, cheque..
I will request sbi please close this branch.. Why u wasting time.. If we have to do work only in home branch then just put a board in front of bank.. Only for home users..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went der to open ppf account on Friday 13Aug and by the time 4 pm the guard informed to come on Monday as per bank staff told him. Came home n just opened account online in 1 min in HDFCBANK. I already applied online n taken the printout but sti they didn't entertained.
Just remove the public and then see der attitude
