When I been there for the first time the place was so nice but now it is not so good as the ATM machine has been shutdown from a long time . The passbook entry machine is not in a good state from a long time . And even the staff do not give any effort to resolve your problems . You will not get your passbook entry if you are not a lucky person and even while there are not so many people or customer there but even then they do not resolve their easy issues in a short time .

One of staff at deposit counter is very rude, dont have manners. SBI should give them a training of mannerism before joining.

previous employees are good and friendly but new ones are Arogent and the type of person who just dont want to do his/her job Just taking their salaries without working. I just visited the branch to update my address. Can any one guess whats their response. I will tell you The manger herself said their is no such rules to change or update the address just close your account and reopen it. I mean either they are more educated or i am from the different planet.

#statebankofindia , where do I start from but here I am going through the daunting process of opening a NRO/NRI account at state bank of India Sector 31, FBD. Decided to open a NRO joint account on the 22nd July and the branch Manager , Mr Neeraj Shukla advised account will be opened in a couple of days or so. Since then the account has been opened, I have internet banking and mobile banking without transaction rights, cannot do anything on my digital banking except look at my balance so basically no use. This process has been ongoing for over a month but #SBI cannot figure out why I don't have the transaction rights, the branch manager and the rest of the staff are incompetent and till date have not been able to figure out a reason. Finally received my cheque book couple of days ago without any trace of ATM card. Asked the branch manager and he said the request was declined since there was no name on the card ! This has happened today and I am at a total loss where to go from here and whom to approach. The process has left me with a bitter experience and a clear indication of how desperately the staff at #SBI needs training. Any help will be appreciated

This is to inform you that it's been seven years since I open my savings account in SBI Bank at sector 31 branch (faridabad) (branch code:- 016108) Today I went there to open my Current Account at same branch I said to Mr. Tarun Bhatia (service manager), sir I want to open my Current Account please give me form and guide but his anwers is "current account will not open here go to sector 28 branch" didn't give any valid reason and completely refused to open the account. Then I went to sector-28 SBI branch after filling all the details in the form before submitting it, i meet the branch manager after checking the full form, she said you have mentioned in the form here your savings account is in branch sector-31 you have to go there only they will open your account because there is your savings account and you don't have to fill form there it is same only, just attached photocopy of Aadhar card and Pan card and submit it. After that I again went to sector-31 SBI branch and said all things have been done by me sir please submit my form and let me know till when my account will be opened. But again his response is negative & disguisting and said " just go at sector-28 branch there it will be opened and said " tell her to write this in paper " and refused to open my Current Account then also. These guys are there for us only but not these type of , didn't deserve to sit on that seat for the post of service manager when he don't know the real meaning of customer satisfaction. Waste my time and don't know how to treat and provide services to customers. So I raise the complaint against him through an e-mail and also registered complaint against him at SBI-CRM (STATE BANK OF INDIA - CUSTOMER REQUEST AND COMPLAINT FORM) So I kindly request you to take action immediately and waiting for a positive response from your side. Honest Review I'm very disappointed with some of their employees specially the mam sitting right to the counter no.4 .I asked her ,mam is it counter no.4 (cos there's not even a mark to identify where is no.4)she just moved her head in a no and don't even tell me that no.4 is just in left of her. But the person on no.4 is very kind and helped me to solve the issue. also many times they try to unheard you, I know they have lots of work to do but that doesn't mean they behave like this . that's why private bank is much better than these PSUs.

Please do not ever go to this branch for gold loan ever, they will ask you to visit day after and day after, most of the times valuer will not be available at the branch, sometimes portal not working. Also, the most important is about a lady sitting on the desk in font of the entrance door. She actually deals in Gold loan for for this bank branch. But this lady thinks that being a government employee she has all the power and no etiquettes to talk to a customer.
