★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give a big zero for poorest services. None, not even the smallest employees respect for costumers. One star is for just that mam which responds fast in all staff. But still I have wasted too much time for deposit, debit as well as transaction entry. Worst experience. SBI ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much load on single counter. Massive mistakes in management. Old people stand in queue and employees do work through back door. No customer enquiry point. For withdrawal you should stand in queue but for deposit there is pos machine and anyone can break the queue and deposit. What a rubbish management.
