Govt schemes are mainly implemented through SBI, but the authorities doesn't want to make sure that we have enough resources or manpower to handle that business.
might get frustrated when they see the long queue. These all are triggers for an uneasy situation with the bank staff.We have to follow rules in every thing as we are accountable.Most people don't like that.They say we have lots of formalities and private banks doesn't have all that.we have to follow these rules otherwise RBI will fine us.
