★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really I'm out of my words. Some of them r so rude and arrogant . So much time taking. After clearing my loan they took nearly 8 months to give NOC. Utter nonsense in some branches as they querrel between the workmates. And I feel pity for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sad to say that there is NO staff member to answer a customer query.
Every employee is uncomfortable to response to the customers.
Customer interaction methods change so often., some times 'Q' system,. some time Token system and some times card system at teller and some times voucher slip system. The customers are confusing, especially senior citizens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in this Bank...No one responding quickly and more over that bank's chief manager - He won't stay at bank after his lunch... I wasted three days for him to sign in one document..
I didn't understand why they show such type of un-responsibility on others time and their work.
I would like to move this to higher officials asap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service, visited 3 times in one day to meet the home loan department person and he seems to be unavailable all the times. When I just asked the person who sits in the other counter, he replied saying "he went for lunch". When I said I visited already 2 times and waited for 40 minutes, he replied rudely that I'm not free or know about other colleagues, I have my own work. This is the response you get from SBI. Dear SBI, please know that we all are busy with our own works, but I dnt treat my customers like this despite of my core work being helping the customers. The worst bank I've ever seen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally I don't write reviews. But want to share my experience.
I stay in bangalore and applied for home loan in this branch.
There was some issue in releasing the installment amount and constantly following up with sbi but there was no progress.
Finally I called manager Vasantha Madam, she responded immediately to my call and took his staff in the line and directed the staff to solve this.
To my surprise with in 4 hrs all the procedures like inspection of my construction progress done and amount released.
I am really surprised and we need this kind of officers in the system .
Thanks Vasantha Madam to resolving my issue.
