★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couple of weeks ago I had applied for the renewal of my debit card. In the form I had written my home address as the delivery address. 20-30 days I got a text message from SBI that my debit card was delivered but I got no such things delivered. Few days later Thinking that the package must have stucked in the post office I visited to my local post office and found out the package is in the head post office. I visited there and after inquiry I got to know it was delivered to my SBI home branch. I didn't get it how the adress is changed from my home to my bank. Then I visited my SBI home branch and went to one of the bank official who was handling such type of things. I told him my problem and he turned his silent mode on and kept on moving the computer mouse on the table as nothing has happened. After 10-15 mins he once again looked at me telling me they got no such things delivered. I showed him the text message from SBI & guess what he replied "this is not their headache pls visit the post office". I got frustrated and went back to home. Next day that same SBI employee called me and told me to collect my debit card from bank. Just SBI things ???. 1st they changed my address without informing me for which I suffered two whole days running here and there burning my bike fuel.then didn't give any response as nothing has happened and will act as innocent. Pathetic service SBI. By the way this isn't the ony bad experience many more pathetic experience with SBI has happened with me. SBI ????
