No fan in the first floor.. Fan is available for employees only.. Customers have to stand in long line after line before availing any service..Moreover, behaviour of staff with senior citizens is not good and unacceptable.. This branch should increase their number of counters or employees.. Or should be properly monitored..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and bank staff behaviour very bad. 22th September I applied credit card from the branch, the bank staff a mistake and it went to another address. I did not get any help to inform the bank. Only one thing to say, I am not a delivery boy so I can't give any information. I haven't received the card delivery yet.
