But i have seen there are no changes/update till now abt the passbook updatation machine.when I talk to the branch manager she told me that "u can download the yono sbi from play store where u can check the any update abt ur Transaction/Passbook" its okay.But i want to know that how can u expect this type of transaction from old People.As per my knowledge youth are able to do this but how can the old people to do this.Whereas u guys to Upgrade any customer service and u blaming us that "Tumlog jaise ke karan aaj bihar piche h". Its a shamefull guys very pathetic situation Very very very bad experience.....
