Senior citizen standing for 2 hrs to withdraw pension amount
All staff are rude and loud to all people including senior citizen.
ATM machine vendor take 45 mins to deposit amount, 15 people standing in line to withdraw cash from ATM
Heavy depositor (Current) standing in line for 1 hrs to deposit amount...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certainly this brach deservs a 5 Star rating.
Has every facility.
This is a very old concept that Government Sector branch do not provide good services.
Certainly I can recommend this branch to any one.
I always got satisfied whenever visited the brach for any work.
Also provide new Aadhar Crad making and editing facility.
This facility is available inside the bank premises only on a separate counter.
However one needs to collect the coupon at 8 AM in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time very good experience in government banks like SBI. Very efficient staff. Mainly the Branch Manager Vikas Bhinge is very co-operative. The bank staffs solved all my problems / doubts on phone call (mainly answer all my phone calls) and accepted my request letter on Email during Covid time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Board outside bank says open 9.00 website says 9.30 its 9.45 still bank not open. Government banks after all. Most ill mannered rude staff a peon was talking to elderly people as if they were his slave. Horrible bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is irregular not panctual for time not provide proper service worst branch is khurad Shah trade centre SBI bank branch I wish ki give rating in minus but option is not there third class staff is here it's 9:51am but still bank is not started yet govt should need to take any action against staff of this branch..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Except one most of the employees are very lethargic. They don't listen. The time of the bank is 9am as per RBI instructions but they open at 10 (citing covid reason which is not applicable now) and than too least bothered. This is not expected of a bank which is one of the key nationalized bank in the country. Counter number 3 madam is not even interested in doing any work. Even the manager is not seen around till 11.
