★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs need to be more service oriented. Citizen of Tufangunj are unaware of Banking Ombudsman- Grievance Readdrassal Mechanism & branch officials are taking advantage of these. Really shocked how come a teller refused to provide Withdrawal Slip, how come a bank refused to accept soiled/mutilated note. They are taking customer for a ride. I have rated you Two but you deserve actually one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ United bank Atm did not dispense money but atm screen showed transaction successfull.i did not get money back in my sbi account yet.till now i filed lot of complaints in sbi. But They dont show cctv footage.they donot give us solution.bank service is really too bad, not helping people.what can i do?
